The What
Soma Flow Yoga Teacher training utilizes dynamic fascial anatomy, yoga psychology & somatic embodiment techniques. This training teaches you how to be a skillful facilitator for groups, private, series & workshops.
As a Soma Flow teacher trainee, you will learn how to:

The How
This 8-week Soma Flow Yoga teacher training will have online self-paced content, weekly class calls, and an in person immersion.
This training empowers participants with tools and class sequences to launch their career as a yoga teacher. Some skills you will leave confident with are:
